How to update or add information to the customer profile in Online Res v5

 

In 3.102, we addressed the issues with your customers saving updated information to their customer profiles in ORE5. You can update fields in your profile, such as birthday and phone number added birthday and phone number fields to the profile page.

Note: The information is linked, so changing the information on either the POS or online will reflect that on the other.

To update information in your Online Res v5 profile

Note: If you do not see the fields that you’d like to update, that field needs to be enabled by an admin of the course in Starterhut | Online Booking | Administrative | Data Entry Validation in backend setup of Online Options.

  1. Go to your Online Reservation V5 and logon.

  2. Select My Account, then Profile. Your profile page displays.

  3. To update your phone number:

    1. Click the Change Phone Number button.

    2. Update the number.

    3. Select Submit. A message states, “Your phone number has been updated successfully.” Click OK.

  4. To update your birthday:

    1. Click the Change Birth Date button.

    2. Update the birthdate.

    3. Select Submit. A message states, “Your birthdate has been updated successfully.” Click OK.

The updates display on the customer profile page and in the POS.
